Not every meeting stands alone.
Some connect.

Now there’s a Room for that. Rooms are where conversations live together.
Each one gathers your calls, notes, and agents around a single client, project, or topic - keeping them all up-to-date.
Tag a client
to a room, and every future conversation with them can flow straight into it.
Think ChatGPT projects, but with the ability to auto-add conversations and relevant files and update on its own.
You can chat inside a Room
to trigger agents or ask questions tied to your conversations, like: make the meeting notes shorter, expand the summary, or add more quotes. Each meeting note version then becomes its own deliverable without ever touching the original.
You can share a Room
, and by doing so you share everything inside it: deliverables created, video of the meeting, and the original meeting note summary.

Each meeting will turn into a room of its own and you'll
find your recordings and transcript on the context panel on the right side of the room.

Your proposals, summaries, and briefs will stay current as your conversations evolve.
No manual edits needed. And even sooner than that, you’ll be able to share just deliverables within a room or just the summary.
