It would be great to get confirmation sent automatically for each step along the flow, ie. bot joined waiting room, bot joined meeting, meeting ended, summary is ready, etc.

Request for Webhooks / API Developer Access
hebrian Deep
Hi TimeOS team,
I’m currently building a full integration of TimeOS into my digital operating system using Make (Integromat) and Notion, as part of an AI-powered daily assistant workflow.
I would like to request access to the Webhooks and API features to allow TimeOS to send meeting data directly into my Make scenarios via custom Webhooks.
My goal is to fully automate meeting notes, summaries, and tasks into my centralized Notion system.
Thanks in advance for your support!

You asked us for API access. We remember.
Today, the Timeless Public API and MCP Server are live. And we built something bigger than what you asked for.
You probably expected transcripts. We’re giving you Rooms.
A Room holds every conversation about a topic across weeks or months. When you query a Room through the API, you don’t get one transcript. You get the full story: every meeting, every decision, every follow-up, all connected.
This is meeting data that AI agents can actually use.
Your access:
The API launches on our new Max plan ($39/mo), which includes unlimited API access, unlimited MCP Server, webhooks, no output limits, priority support, and a dedicated onboarding call to help you get set up. Team plans will also get a 2-week trial without limitations.
Get started now:
Upgrade to Max - https://mytimeless.day/subscribe
Generate your API token - https://my.timeless.day/api-token
Read the docs - https://docs.timeless.day/
We built this because of people like you. Show us what you build.

Coral Hartman Should have been open for all paid plans for a trial to try and figure out if it suits the user's needs.

Glender Travel Why Max only at launch? Because the API and MCP Server aren’t simple add-ons. They turn your meeting history into live infrastructure for agents. That requires unlimited access, real-time delivery, and support that matches what you’re building. We want to ship this right. Rate-limited access for Pro and Team is coming in the next few weeks.
Glender Travel
Coral Hartman It should be up to the (paid) user to decide whether he should spend his time creating the infrastructure and pay for it or not.
This is what trial is for.
It's not about the 120$ per year (10$ per month if you upgrade from Pro), it's all about finding out if the new features match the business needs.
Timeless API has completely new features, which is very exciting and useful.
Yet, the only way to make a wise decision is to try it (for a limited time obviously).

Glender Travel As I wrote, rate-limited access for Pro and Team is coming in the next few weeks.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) Support

Idan Ben Or
I would like to have MCP (Model Context Protocol) support to ask general questions about all my conversations without remembering specific ones. This feature would greatly enhance my ability to manage and retrieve information from past interactions efficiently.

API Access for All Recordings
N
Noam Fine
We need an API to receive all recordings from our meetings. This feature would allow us to integrate the recordings into our existing systems and workflows, ensuring that all team members have access to the meeting content. It would be beneficial if the API could provide recordings in a format that is easy to manage and distribute.

+1
Integrating with MCP will allow to support a lot of use-cases, adding more context to meeting summaries (current meeting summaries has 0 organizational context)

API for Hebrew Model Integration

I am interested in building a third-party app based on your Hebrew model to transcribe and summarize lectures for students. Having an API would greatly facilitate this process, allowing for seamless integration and development of custom applications.
